Financial statement is the state of your account in our shop; it is shown in customer panel. It includes a list of payments you made which were registered in our account. The information on your payment is entered into our system manually by shop personnel. Therefore the information on payment made by bank transfer does not appear there immediately.
If you wish to make payments due, use the Moneybookers button and pay to our company account (the account data is available under the Contact site). In case of positive balance (for some reason there is an overpayment) you can use these resources for future orders or have your money returned. You can do it by logging in to your account.
The list of all your orders is available in the customer panel. Any time you can click on a given order and check the details of your order.
To replace a product with another size or model, send it to the shop together with the attached specification and/or bill, in the original package, with labels intact and without any visible signs of wear.
The value of goods sent back to the shop will be returned without transport costs to your account at en.heppin.com. In the meantime or after we receive your parcel, place another order of products you like.
- The new order will be sent to you after we receive your return and the amount for shipping costs. Make sure you do not forget to pay the additional cost of posting of the products you want to have replaced.

Each replacement or complaint is treated as order return and, depending on its cause, the costs of these articles will be sent back to your account at en.heppin.com or they will be returned with the shipping cost (there and back) in the event of complaint concerning faulty articles or articles inconsistent with your order.
You can return goods without stating the reason within 10 days from the date of the receipt of your parcel. The goods being returned must be intact and bear no visible signs of wear; they must be included in the original packaging, with labels intact, and purchase confirmation bill or its photocopy. The money for the goods being returned will be registered in your account at en.heppin.com. You can use it for later orders or demand to have it returned to a given account number or Moneybookers account. Return reports are closed within 7 days. To have your money returned, log in to your account in our shop and use the option of "Overpayment Return".
Products sent back must be well-packed (stiff box). Goods damaged during transport due to bad packaging will not be accepted.

You will find the number of your bill of lading in the customer panel or in the email confirming that your parcel was sent.
In the case of shipment by Polish Post, en.heppin.com is not able to check the location of parcels posted. Standard delivery time in the European Union is 3-7 business days. To check if your parcel has arrived in your post office, please contact your local post office after that time, counted from the moment of postage.
Our shop has no influence on the time of parcel delivery. However, you can try and contact your courier individually. The phone number of your courier can be obtained from a local branch of any courier company. You can find the list of branches at dpd.com
There is no such possibility in the case of delivery by Polish Post. You can only collect your parcel in person from a post office.
